Resumen de Effect of environment on sexual selection in brown trout (salmo trutta)
The thesis summarises a broad body of work that uses a range of approaches to adress the question of how both the social and physical environment affect the operation of sexual selection. The study species is the Brown trout, in which males compete for access to females as the dig nests in the substrate of spawning streams.
