Resumen de From violence to love, and from court to social theatre. A journey from the law 1/2004, of measures of integral protection against gender violence
This thesis is a dance between the Organic Law 1/2004 of 24 December on Comprehensive Protection Measures against Gender Violence and my research, professional and personal experience. It speaks of a transition between themes, approaches and places. I began researching on violence and ended up researching on love. I began researching in/on the court and ended up researching in/on/through social theater. It is a dance that is a going back and forth. Coming and going. It has an address but may return, as a circle. Vicious circle. Virtuous circle... a little of each.
Throughout the articles of this compendium I have shown an approach to the Law 1/2004. The law began with a strong emphasis on the legal and criminal matters, and then addressing prevention and other areas beyond what they usually do by law. And so did I, beginning the research within the criminal legal aspects of the Law 1/2004, to end up with proposals for the prevention of gender violence. And as a way to close the whole process, I finished with an invitation to rethink the epistemology to address this phenomenon.
