Normas de Estilo de la Publicación

NORMAS PARA EL ENVÍO DE ORIGINALES
1. Anuario de Investigación en Literatura Infantil y Juvenil admite trabajos inéditos (artículos y reseñas) que versen sobre temas relacionados con la investigación en literatura infantil y juvenil en todos sus ámbitos.
2. Se aceptan trabajos escritos en alguna de las siguientes lenguas: español, inglés, francés o alemán.
3. Tipos de reseñas: Se admitirán tres tipos de reseñas: A) Reseñas informativas, de 500 palabras de extensión (1 página). B) Reseñas críticas de hasta 2.000 palabras de extensión (hasta 4 páginas). C) Reseñas críticas de hasta 4.000 palabras (hasta 8 páginas).
Cada reseña estará encabezada por la ficha bibliográfica completa del trabajo comentado. Por lo demás se aplicarán las mismas normas que a continuación se detallan para los artículos (excepto la ausencia de palabras clave en el caso de las reseñas)
4. El texto será entregado en formato electrónico. La versión electrónica estará formateada para PC (preferiblemente en Word).
5. Se adjuntarán dos ejemplares impresos del texto.
6. El disquete y las dos copias impresas del manuscrito han de ser remitidas a: Celia Vázquez García; Facultad de Filología y Traducción; Universidad de Vigo; As Lagoas- Marcosende s/n, E- 36200 Vigo (Spain).
7. El número mínimo de páginas será de 10 y el máximo de 25, en dimensión Din A4. Estarán impresas por una sola cara y sin numerar; con interlineado sencillo, tipo y cuerpo de letra: Times New Roman de 11 puntos. Márgenes: 4 cm a la izquierda y derecha, 5.3 arriba y abajo. Justificación completa. Las notas irán situadas a pie de página: han de ser numeradas con números árabes de 1 en adelante, y la numeración avanzará correlativamente desde el principio al final del texto. Para el texto de las notas ha de utilizarse 9 puntos ( y en todos los casos Times New Roman). Las citas a pie de página no se utilizarán para introducir nuevas referencias bibliográficas completas que, en todos los casos, estarán incluidas en la bibliografía final del trabajo.
8. Junto con el original, deberá enviarse un resumen de 12-15 líneas (entre 150 y 200 palabras) y un listado de palabras clave ( un mínimo de 3 y un máximo de 6). Tanto el resumen como el listado de palabras clave deberá ir acompañado de su traducción al inglés denominando a ambos abstract y key words respectivamente. Este resumen y el listado de las palabras clave, deberán estar incorporados en la primera página del texto ( inmediatamente antes del comienzo del mismo), en Times New Roman de 11 puntos.
9. La primera página del documento deberá contener, por este orden, y siempre en líneas diferentes: a) título; b) nombre y apellidos del autor o autores; c) la institución a la que pertenecen; d) dirección electrónica y/o fax del autor; e) resumen de 12-15 líneas; f) palabras clave; g) abstract; h) key words. Los datos indicados en a, b, c y d deberán estar centrados. El listado de palabras clave, el resumen y sus respectivas traduciones al inglés tendrán justificación completa. El texto se iniciará en la segunda página del documento.
10. También se incluirá en la primera página del documento, e inmediatamente después de los apellidos del autor, una llamada mediante un asterisco (*) que remitirá a una nota de pie de página en la que se indicarán: dirección postal de contacto del autor (o de los distintos autores), institución (y dirección institucional), teléfono particular y del lugar de trabajo, fax (incluyendo los prefijos nacionales y regionales correspondientes) y correo electrónico.
11. Los apartados y epígrafes del texto deberán ir siempre ordenados en números árabes ( v.g. 1., 3.1, 5.1.2, etc).
12. Tablas, cuadros y gráficos: tanto en la versión electrónica como en la impresa, cada tabla, cuadro o gráfico debe estar debidamente inserto en el lugar definitivo que le corresponde. Todos los cuadros, gráficos y tablas deben realizarse con las herramientas adecuadas que proporcione el procesador de textos utilizado para el formato del artículo. No se admitirán tablas, gráficos o cuadros en páginas apaisadas.
13. Referencias bibliográficas dentro del texto. Se debe seguir el siguiente formato:

14. Modelo de cita bibliográfica literal: utilice sangría francesa de 1,25 cm. Cuerpo y tipo de letra: Times New Roman de 9 puntos. El texto debe tener una justificación completa.
15. Un apartado titulado ¿Referencias bibliográficas¿ deberá ser incluido al final del manuscrito. Siga el siguiente modelo:

16. Otras consideraciones de estilo quedarán a cargo de los editores.
Los originales recibidos que cumplan estas normas serán evaluados (manteniendo siempre el anonimato del autor del trabajo) por especialistas del Comité Científico del Anuario de Investigación en Literatura Infantil Juvenil. En virtud del informe de los especialistas, el Comité de Redacción decidirá sobre su publicación. No se devolverán ninguno de los originales recibidos.
GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTORS
1. Anuario de Investigación en Literatura Infantil y Juvenil accepts unpublished works (papers or reviews) that deal with related topics to children¿s books in a wide and interdisciplinary sense.
2. Papers and reviews will be accepted either in English or in Spanish.
3. Kinds of reviews. Three kinds of reviews will be accepted: A) Informative reviews, about 500 words of extent (1 page). B) Critical reviews up to 2.000 words of extent (up to 4 pages). C) Critical reviews up to 4.000 words (up to 8 pages). Each review will be headed by the complete bibliographical data of the reviewed study. Otherwise, the same norms that we detail for papers will apply to reviews (except for the absence of abstracts and key words in the case of reviews).
4. The text must be presented in an electronic format. The electronic version can be in PC format, preferably Word.
5. Two copies of a printed version must also be attached.
6. The disk and the two copies of manuscript must be submitted to: Celia Vázquez (vicepresident); Facultad de Filología y Traducción, Universidad de Vigo; As Lagoas-Marcosende, s/n; E-36200-Vigo (SPAIN).
7. The number of pages, Din A4 size, must not exceed 30. They must be printed on only one side, and be numbered.
8. Attached to the original manuscript, it must be sent an abstract of 12-15 lines (between 150 and 200 words), and a list of key words (a minimum of three and a maximum of six words). The list of key words must be also translated to English. The abstract and the list of key words must be present in the first page of the text (immediately before its beginning) in Times New Roman size 11.
9. The first page of the manuscript must always contain, in this order and in different lines: a) the title; b) the author¿s or author¿s first name followed by their surname; c) the author¿s institutional affiliation; d) the author¿s electronic mail and/or fax; e) key words (written in the language of the text and also in English); f) un abstract of 12-l5 lines (in English). The information stated in a. b, c and d, must be centered. The list of key words and the abstract (e and f) will have complete justification. The text must start at the second page of the manuscript. As the heading of this page, you must exclusively include the title of the study, the list of key words and the abstract.
10. An asterisk (*) must be immediately placed after (he author¿s surname(s) in the first page. This asterisk must refer to a footnote that must be about: the author¿s (or authors¿) contact address, affiliation (and institutional address), home and/or office phone numbers, fax (including the corresponding country and area phone numbers) and e-mail.
11. The textual sections and epigraphs must always be ordered in arabic numbers (1., 3.1, 5.1.2, etc.).
12. Other aspects of the format: 1,5 line spacing. Kind of letter: Times New Roman, size 12. Margins: 3 cm to the left, right, top and bottom. Complete justification. Commentaries must appear in footnotes: they must be numbered with arabic numbers from 1 onwards, and the numbering must be continuous from the beginning to the end of the text. Size 11 must be used for the numbers, and size 10 for the text of the notes (always Times New Roman). Footnotes will not be used to enter new complete bibliographical references that, in all cases, will be included in the final bibliography of the study.
13. Tables, charts and graphics: both in the electronic and written version, each table, chart or graphic must he correctly inserted in their definite place. All these tables, charts and graphics must be treated with the appropriate tools of the text processor used for the text format.
14. Bibliographical references inside the text. The following format must be observed:

15. Model for the inclusion of quotations: use 1,25 cm French indentation. Kind of letter: Times New Roman, size l0. The text must have complete justification.
16. A list entitled ¿Bibliographical references¿ must be included at the end of the manuscript. Follow the examples below:

18. The received manuscripts that observe these norms will be evaluated (preserving always the author¿s anonimity) by specialists from Scientific Committee of Anuario de Investigación en Literatura Infantil y Juvenil (AILIJ). In the light of the assessors¿ reports, the Editorial Committee will decide in favour of its publishing.
