    The article intends to prospect the main lines of investigation of research regarding the figure of associational networks, studying both their theoretical and reconstructive profiles and their application implications.

    Starting from the problems posed by the pluralization of legal subjectivity and the study of the concept of network in law, the investigation will move, therefore, through the concrete analysis of associative networks in the Third Sector with a necessary redefinition and structuring of the same and with particular reference to the functions and activities that they perform. The analysis of the normative discipline reveals multiple operational and applicative problems that the interpreter is called upon to resolve.

    L’articolo intende prospettare le principali linee di indagine della ricerca in ordine alla figura delle reti associative, studiandone sia i profili teorici e ricostruttivi che le implicazioni applicative.

    Partendo dai problemi posti dal fenomeno della pluralizzazione della soggettività giuridica e dallo studio del concetto di rete nel diritto, l’indagine si muoverà, quindi, attraverso l’analisi concreta dell’ampia fenomenologia delle reti associative nell’ambito del Terzo settore con una necessaria ridefinizione e strutturazione delle stesse e con particolare riferimento alle funzioni e attività che le medesime svolgono.

    L’analisi della disciplina normativa svela molteplici problemi operativi e applicativi che l’interprete è chiamato a dirimere.
