    El reconocimiento de los derechos colectivos para las trabajadoras del servicio doméstico está reconocido en el artículo 2.2 ET. Sorprende el mutismo del Real Decreto 1620/2011, de 14 de noviembre, pero, tras la ratificación del Convenio nº 189 OIT y la aprobación del Real Decreto-Ley 16/2022 de 6 de septiembre, ha llegado el momento de pronunciarse sobre la regulación de los derechos colectivos y de la negociación colectiva para garantizar el acercamiento de esta relación especial al modelo común de las relaciones laborales y la dignificación de estas trabajadoras. Este estudio pretender destacar la existencia de los derechos colectivos, los obstáculos que impiden una efectiva negociación colectiva y la importancia del convenio colectivo. Hasta ahora el ejercicio de los derechos colectivos por estas trabajadoras ha sido escaso. Nuestro Gobierno tras las últimas reformas tiene el reto de regularlos.

    The recognition of collective rights for domestic workers it agrees article 2.2 ET. It is amazing the mutism of the Royal Decree 1620/2011, of November 14, but, after the ratification of the Convention No 189 ILO and the approval of the Royal Decree-Law 16/2022 the time has come to pronounce on the regulation of collective rights and of collective bargaining for guaranteeing the approximation of this relationship to the common model of labor relations and the dignity of these workers. This study aims to stand out the existence of the collective rights, the obstacles that prevent an effective collective bargaining and the importance of the collective agreement.

    Up to now the exercise of the collective rights for these workers has been scarce. Our government, after the latest reforms, has the challenge of regulating them.
