    En la labor educativa juega un papel indispensable el dominio y materialización de conocimientos manejados por el docente, la terminología que abordaremos en este artículo surge con el devenir evolutivo de la sociedad al experimentar procesos de movimientos migratorios. El accionar educativo en situaciones de pluriculturalidad debe arrancar con el dominio del conocimiento de la terminología por parte del docente, esto es interculturalidad, multiculturalidad y etnoeducación, es imprescindible que quien está a cargo de educar conozca los términos relacionados como base teórica a un sinnúmero de propuestas que aterrizan en el aula. El conocimiento de las terminologías antes expuestas, sirve de herramienta para la implementación de mecanismos, estrategias que garanticen, aseguren un correcto tratamiento a situaciones sociales diversas que tienen incidencia en el desarrollo educativo. Ya que el conocimiento se conjuga con las propuestas educativas permitiendo el análisis, planteamiento, desarrollo, monitoreo y evaluación pertinente para situaciones concretas, finalmente conocer diversos enfoques en el ámbito educativo y la regulación en cuanto a ley se refiere orienta la actividad docente, en otros casos le permite reflexionar la importancia de la formación, capacitación continua como un hilo conductor hacia la añorada calidad.

    In the educational work, the mastery and materialization of knowledge managed by the teacher plays an essential role, the terminology that we will address in this article arises with the evolutionary evolution of society when experiencing processes of migratory movements. The educational action in situations of multiculturalism must start with the mastery of the knowledge of the terminology by the teacher, this is interculturality, multiculturalism and ethno-education, it is essential that whoever is in charge of educating knows the related terms as a theoretical basis to a number of proposals that land in the classroom. The knowledge of the terminologies previously exposed, serves as a tool for the implementation of mechanisms, strategies that guarantee, ensure a correct treatment to diverse social situations that have an impact on educational development. Since the knowledge is combined with the educational proposals allowing the analysis, approach, development, monitoring and evaluation relevant to specific situations, finally knowing different approaches in the educational field and the regulation in terms of law guides the teaching activity, in others cases allows you to reflect on the importance of training, continuous training as a common thread towards the long-awaited quality.
