The paper shows how in the contexts of the civil war of 1859 -1862 in the Grenadine Confederation, which was fighting a war for and defending the sovereignty, the production of law does not disappear, and instead serves as an instrument regulator of military confrontation, in which politics and diplomacy will be the order of the day, so that war will eventually show that this was not a confrontation only by the "all or nothing" but involved "the most or the less" or item negotiator.
