Gestión de riesgos del Covid-19, en instituciones públicas. Cantón Pelileo

    La pandemia del COVID-19 ha golpeado fuertemente al Ecuador, no solo en lo sanitario, si no en lo social, lo económico y lo político. Las estadísticas oficiales que han sido públicas (distan mucho de la realidad) por ende este trabajo facilita en conocer cuales fueron los proceso y las medidas que se han venido tomando en cuanto al COVID-19 en las instituciones públicas del cantón Pelileo.

    Para ello se planteó un enfoque cuantitativo de corte trasversal y de tipo exploratorio por ser una problemática poco conocida por la población en estudio que son los servidores públicos de las instituciones del Cantón Pelileo. Los GAD’s asumieron el riesgo de trabajar según las disposiciones del COE para regresar progresivamente a las actividades concernientes a las funciones, servicios y demás competencias como instituciones públicas de servicio a la Comunidad, dentro de este contexto los servidores públicos fueron los que retomando sus funciones poco a poco y bajo estrictas medidas de bioseguridad para ellos y para los usuarios; a su vez también conocer si estas medidas empleadas causaron impacto ambiental entre la pandemia versus medidas de gestión de riesgos que hayan trazado las instituciones para el manejo del riesgo de contagio de los servidores públicos y su respectivo mejoramiento continuo en cómo saber llevar la pandemia.

    Donde se estableció el número de personas contagiadas, número de familias afectadas de COVID-19 con la información facilitada por los servidores públicos, enumerando así las acciones según su orden de importancia empleadas por las instituciones Públicas del Cantón Pelileo.

    The COVID-19 pandemic has hit Ecuador hard, not only health-wise, but also socially, economically, and politically. The official statistics that have been public (far from reality) therefore this work makes it easier to know what the process and the measures that have been taken regarding COVID-19 in the public institutions of the Pelileo canton were.

    For this purpose, a cross-sectional and exploratory quantitative approach was proposed as it is a problem little known by the population under study, which are the public servants of the institutions of the Pelileo Canton. The GAD's assumed the risk of working according to the provisions of the COE to progressively return to the activities concerning the functions, services and other competencies as public institutions of service to the Community, within this context the public servants were resuming their functions little by little and under strict biosecurity measures for them and for users; in turn, also to know if these measures used caused an environmental impact between the pandemic versus risk management measures that they have outlined, the institutions for managing the risk of contagion of public servants and their respective continuous improvement in how to know how to deal with the pandemic.

    Where the number of infected people, number of families affected by COVID-19 was established with the information provided by public servants, thus listing the actions in order of importance used by the public institutions of the Canton.
