    RESUMENEl objetivo del presente artículo radica en analizar la eficacia de las medidas de protección para niños, niñas y adolescentes y la protección integral como mecanismo de prevención de la vulneración de los derechos establecidos en la Constitución. En consecuencia, La metodología utilizada respondió al análisis bibliográfico documental y dicha información fue sistematizada mediante un análisis cualitativo de carácter deductivo. Como resultado de la investigación se establece la necesidad de  crear una política pública integral que dé seguimiento a la ejecución y cumplimiento de las resoluciones dictadas por los operadores de justicia  en cuanto a medidas de protección se refiere, cumpliendo con los parámetros necesarios de aprobación del borrador de política pública por autoridad competente, conformación de un equipo interdisciplinario y elaboración de un plan estratégico para la producción del documento, junto con el análisis y socialización ante la ciudadanía de la problemática a tratar.

    The objective of this article is to analyze the effectiveness of protection measures for children and adolescents and comprehensive protection as a mechanism for preventing the violation of the rights established in the Constitution. Consequently, the methodology used responded to the documentary bibliographic analysis and said information was systematized by means of a qualitative analysis of a deductive nature. As a result of the investigation, the need is established to create a comprehensive public policy that monitors the execution and compliance with the decisions issued by the justice operators regarding protection measures, complying with the necessary parameters for the approval of the draft of public policy by competent authority, creation of an interdisciplinary team and preparation of a strategic plan for the production of the document, together with the analysis and socialization before the citizens of the problem to be treated.
