    En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general analizar jurídicamente el uso progresivo de la fuerza como vulneración a los derechos humanos. Se apoya en la perspectiva cuantitativa, de tipo documental-bibliográfica. Esto en vista de que a partir de la revisión documental y el estudio de la realidad social observada se han logrado inferir conclusiones reflexivas por parte de los investigadores, de la problemática. En este sentido, se analizó la normativa vigente, tesis y trabajos arbitrados entre otros, relacionados al tema en estudio. Se concluye, que, en las diferentes acciones de violencia, se vulneran los derechos humanos de los ciudadanos mediante el uso progresivo de la fuerza, en la cual se defienden unos de otros; agresores, y agentes del orden público. Por lo tanto, es necesario que se desarrollen y mejoren los protocolos ante hechos de violencia y manifestaciones para evitar cometer faltas graves, de un lado y otro.

    The general objective of this research was to legally analyze the progressive use of force as a violation of human rights. It is based on a quantitative, documentary-bibliographic perspective. This in view of the fact that from the documentary review and the study of the observed social reality, the researchers have been able to infer reflective conclusions about the problem. In this sense, the current regulations, theses and refereed works, among others, related to the subject under study were analyzed. It is concluded that, in the different actions of violence, the human rights of citizens are violated through the progressive use of force, in which they defend themselves against each other; aggressors and agents of public order. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and improve the protocols in the face of violence and demonstrations to avoid committing serious offenses, on one side or the other.
