    En este artículo, se va a tratar el concepto y contenido de las medidas cautelares con privación de libertad así como también cuál podría ser su aplicación a algún delito concreto como puede ser el delito de violación con tentativa de homicidio, lo que puede dar la medida de su importancia en cuanto a la consideración sobre su carácter previsor para la celebración de un ulterior proceso.
