    En este trabajo se busca identificar la problemática que se vive en los ejidos mexicanos con respecto de la figura del comisariado ejidal, la cual, si bien no cuenta con el carácter de autoridad dentro y fuera de ese territorio, en la práctica ejercen estas funciones. En efecto, este interviene en la administración de los ejidos y por ello en muchas ocasiones sus actos pueden vulnerar los intereses y derechos de todos los integrantes del núcleo agrario, tengan calidad agraria dentro de este o no. A través del establecimiento del derecho a la buena administración, entendido como un derecho humano fundamental, la investigación muestra que es posible su exigencia al gobierno mexicano para garantizar el bienestar de los sujetos agrarios

    This paper seeks to identify the problems experienced in Mexican ejidos with respect to the figure of the ejidal commissariat. Although it does not have the character of authority inside or outside the ejido, in practice the commissariat exercises these functions, that is, it intervenes in the administration of the ejidos and therefore on many occasions such acts violate the interests and rights of all members of the agrarian nucleus, whether they have agrarian status within it or not. Through the establishment of the right to good administration, understood as a fundamental human right, the research shows that it is possible to demand that the Mexican government guarantees the well-being of the agrarian subjects
