    La introducción en el paisaje urbano de determinados elementos que, por su forma, volumen, naturaleza, distribución espacial, material o color, alteran visualmente la estética del entorno hasta el punto de resultar discordantes, hostiles o faltos de armonía transforma la fisonomía del paisaje de forma invasiva, provoca un impacto visual negativo en el observador y los convierte en agentes contaminantes. El objeto de este trabajo es esclarecer el marco normativo aplicable a esta problemática y analizar los mecanismos e instrumentos previstos en él para prevenir y mitigar este tipo de contaminación

    The introduction into the urban landscape of certain elements that, due to their shape, volume, nature, spatial distribution, material or color, visually alter the aesthetics of the environment to the point of being discordant, hostile or lacking in harmony, invasively transforms the physiognomy of the landscape, causes a negative visual impact on the observer and converts them into polluting agents. The purpose of this work is to clarify the regulatory framework applicable to this problem and analyze the mechanisms and instruments provided for in it to prevent and mitigate this type of pollution
