    Este trabajo se propone analizar la forma en que la educación de los sujetos que cumplen penas en instituciones penitenciarias puede modificar positivamente aspectos de su subjetividad. En particular queremos centrarnos en el propósito de la educación crítica en contextos de encierro y su efecto en el desarrollo del individuo para superar la desigualdad impuesta por el sistema y sus consecuencias. En cuanto a la perspectiva de trabajo nos enmarcamos en el concepto de Félix Guattari de subjetividad como producción o "fabricación" colectiva y social, subjetividad que incluye comportamientos, sensibilidad, percepción, relaciones sociales y modos de ser en el mundo y en la idea de Michel Foucault de pensamiento y educación críticos que, a través del uso legítimo de la razón, cuestionan las lógicas de dominación y control.

    The aim of this study is to analyze the way in which the education of subjects serving sentences in penitentiary institutions can positively modify aspects of their subjectivity. In particular we want to focus on the purpose of critical education in contexts of confinement and its effect on the development of the individual to overcome the inequality imposed by the system and its consequences. In terms of the work perspective we frame ourselves in Félix Guattari's concept of subjectivity as collective and social production or "fabrication", subjectivity that includes behaviors, sensibility, perception, social relations and ways of being in the world, and in Michel Foucault's idea of critical thinking and education that, through the legitimate use of reason, question the logics of domination and control.
