    Los menores de edad tienen derecho a relacionarse con sus hermanastros tras la crisis familiar. Con independencia de la relación que exista entre los miembros de la extinta familia y el posible conflicto entre ellos, los menores tienen derecho a disfrutar de la compañía de sus hermanos y hermanastros sin que la presencia de aquellos adultos que puedan interferir en su estabilidad psicológica, sentimental y emocional. En este sentido y como ejemplo, la sentencia de la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona de 15 de julio de 2021, una de las más recientes sobre la materia, sostiene esta tesis y establece un régimen de visitas ajeno al domicilio paterno a efectos de evitar los perjuicios provocados por la presencia de la madre de la hermana del menor.

    Minors have the right to interact with their stepsiblings after the family crisis. Regardless of the relationship that exists between the members of the extinct family and the possible conflict between them, minors have the right to enjoy the company of their siblings and stepsiblings without the presence of those adults who may interfere with their psychological stability, sentimental and emotional. In this sense and as example, the judgment of the Provincial Court of Barcelona of July 15, 2021 supports this thesis and establishes a system of visits outside the parental home in order to avoid the damage caused by the presence of the mother of the minor’s sister.
