This article aims to present a synthesis of the results of the research entitled “The professional practice of social workers facing the demands of basic social protection in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic”, developed at the State University of Ponta Grossa-Paraná, with emphasis on those referring to the following objective: systematize the professional experiences developed in the CRAS of the Campos Gerais region that portray the confrontation of the demands resulting from the pandemic. The research, developed in 2020, involved Social Workers from 38 Reference Centers in Social Assistance (CRAS), which represent 18 municipalities in the Region of Campos Gerais-Paraná, within the scope of the Secretary of State for Justice, Family and Labor (SEJUF). It is an exploratory and descriptive qualitative research. The methodological procedures used involved the application of a structured questionnaire using the Google Forms tool and the realization of conversation circles via Google meet, bibliographic and documentary research. Regarding the systematization of the professionals' testimonies, the Iramuteq software was used. The exposure of the results includes the demands presented to the CRAS, the alternatives of confrontations built in the professional routine and the working conditions that the professionals experienced during the research period analyzed.

Este artigo objetiva apresentar uma síntese dos resultados da pesquisa intitulada “A prática profissional dos assistentes sociais frente às demandas da proteção social básica no contexto da pandemia da Covid-19”, desenvolvida junto a Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa - Paraná, dando-se ênfase aos que se referem ao seguinte objetivo: sistematizar as experiências profissionais desenvolvidas nos CRAS da Região dos Campos Gerais, PR, que retratam o enfrentamento às demandas resultantes da pandemia. A pesquisa, desenvolvida em 2020, envolveu assistentes sociais de 38 Centros de Referência da Assistência Social (CRAS), que representam 18 municípios na Região dos Campos Gerais, abrangência da Secretaria de Estado da Justiça, Família e Trabalho (SEJUF). Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória e descritiva. Os procedimentos metodológicos utilizados envolveram a aplicação de questionário estruturado através da ferramenta do Google Forms e a realização de rodas de conversa via Google Meet, pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Com relação à sistematização dos depoimentos das(os) profissionais, foi utilizado o software Iramuteq. A exposição dos resultados contempla as demandas apresentadas aos CRAS, as alternativas de enfrentamentos construídas no cotidiano profissional e as condições de trabalho que as(os) profissionais vivenciaram no período de pesquisa analisado.
