    Frente a los innumerables dilemas legales, puede existir un gran interés por regular estos desarrollos tecnológicos y establecer controles sofisticados, pero difícilmente se podría establecer una legislación uniforme por el interés de las naciones más desarrolladas o incluso de aquellas que aún están ingresando en el mundo virtual, buscando participar activamente dentro del desarrollo social. En este sentido, algunos tendrán mayor conciencia de sus efectos y responsabilidades; y otros, por el contrario, empezarían su desarrollo para comercializarla de manera irresponsable, sin que exista límite en su actuar. Analicemos, entonces las implicaciones reales de un nuevo paradigma que comienzan apenas a esbozarse, pero que es un hecho que transformará de manera substancial el mundo jurídico, tal cual ahora lo concebimos

    In the face of innumerable legal issues, there may be great interest in regulating these technological developments and establishing sophisticated controls, but it would be difficult to establish uniform legislation in the interest of the most developed nations. or even those who are still entering the virtual world, seeking to acti-vely participate in social development. In this sense, some will be more aware of their effects and responsibilities; and others, on the contrary, would begin its development to market it irresponsibly, without limiting their actions.Let us analyze, then, the real implications of a new paradigm that is just beginning to be outlined, but which is a fact that will substantially transform the legal world, as we now conceive it.
