    Se trata sobe la Innovación Digital en el Poder Judicial del Perú, afirmando que en el actual contexto de la pandemia, se pueden presentar escritos o demandas, en la mesa de partes electrónica del Poder Judicial, desde la comodidad de la casa u oficina, las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. Asimismo, en el Módulo de Atención al Usuario (MAU), se atiende las preguntas o requerimientos del usuario o litigante. Se menciona balance de gestión del Presidente de la Corte Suprema saliente y el plan de acción de la Presidente de la Corte Suprema entrante. Por otra parte se trata el Sistema de Partes virtual en la especialidad penal en base a la RESOLUCIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA N.° 000145-2020-CE-PJ la sobre implementación del Procedimiento para el uso del “Sistema de Mesa de Partes Virtual para la Especialidad Penal”, en el marco de la normas legales emitidas en el contexto de la Emergencia Sanitaria de la Pandemia del COVID 19.Se desarrolla el tema de la Aplicación de las Nuevas Tecnologías Transforma-doras y Disruptivas afirmando que las soluciones de inteligencia artificial apli-cadas al ámbito judicial incluyen raciocinio jurídico basado en casos, lenguaje jurídico, argumentación formal, auxilio en la creación de documentos y expe-dientes judiciales, herramientas de organización de informaciones para la toma de decisiones, sistemas expertos, robótica, unidos a la modelística, hypermedios, neurociencia, entre otros.. Con respecto a las Nuevas Tecnologías y la repoten-ciación de la celeridad y transparencia en los procesos judiciales se afirma que La aplicación de la transformación digital al Poder Judicial requiere innovación y continuidad, con un uso intensivo de las tecnologías digitales, sistematización y análisis de datos para generar efectos sociales y de valor para las personas. Las Nuevas Tecnologías y la repotenciación de la celeridad y transparencia en los procesos judiciales, requiere una aplicación sistémica y articulada de estas materias: gobierno digital, economía digital, conectividad digital, educación digi-tal, tecnologías digitales, innovación digital, servicios digitales, ociedad digital, ciudadanía e inclusión digital y confianza digital.

The management balan-ce of the outgoing President of the Supreme Court and the action plan of the incoming President of the Supreme Court are mentioned. On the other hand, the virtual Parts System in the criminal specialty is treated based on ADMI-NISTRATIVE RESOLUTION No. 000145-2020-CE-PJ on the implementation of the Procedure for the use of the “Virtual Parts Table System for the Criminal Specialty”, within the framework of the legal regulations issued in the context of the Health Emergency of the COVID 19 Pandemic.The theme of the Application of New Transformative and Disruptive Technolo-gies is developed, affirming that artificial intelligence solutions applied to the judicial field include legal reasoning based on cases, legal language, formal ar-gumentation, assistance in the creation of documents and judicial files, orga-nization of information for decision making, expert systems, robotics, together with modeling, hypermedia, neuroscience, among others. With respect to New Technologies and the repowering of speed and transparency in judicial proces-ses, it is stated that the application of digital transformation to the Judiciary requires innovation and continuity, with an intensive use of digital technologies, systematization and data analysis to generate social and valuable effects for people. New Technologies and the repowering of speed and transparency in judi-cial processes, requires a systemic and articulated application of these matters: digital government, digital economy, digital connectivity, digital education, di-gital technologies, digital innovation, digital services, digital society, citizenship and digital inclusion and digital trust.
