    La adaptación del régimen del personal estatutario al sistema de clasificación profesional establecido en el Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público, transcurridos 14 años desde el inicial texto, sigue pendiente. Las Comunidades Autónomas, pese a la transferencia de competencias, no han afrontado la necesaria modificación del régimen de categorías, y el Estado sigue aplicando la disposición transitoria tercera del Estatuto Básico e inaplicando el régimen del artículo 76 del mismo texto legal

    The adaptation of the statutory personnel regime to the professional classification system established in the Basic Statute of Public Employees, after 14 years from the initial text, is still pending. The Autonomous Communities, despite the transfer of powers, have not faced the necessary modification of the category regime, and the State continues to apply the third transitory provision of the Basic Statute and not apply the regime of article 76 of the same legal text.
