    Se analiza si el Reglamento de la Sección Especializada del Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones cumple con los estándares interamericanos de derechos humanos y el bloque de convencionalidad. Asimismo, se plantea el camino que debió tomar el Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones a la hora de conciliar la autonomía de la función electoral y el carácter irrecurrible de sus resoluciones

    The article analyses whether the Regulations of the Specialized Section of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal comply with the Inter-American standards of Human Rights and the conventionality block. Likewise, it presents the path that the Supreme Electoral Tribunal should have taken when conciliating the autonomy of the electoral function and the irrevocable nature of its resolutions
