To do this, we analyze the documentation related to the work, with special emphasis on the various contracts signed between the family that promoted the work and the stonemasons and master builders who intervened in its completion, mostly of French origin. As well as the various areas contemplated for what should have been a large urban residence, such as now the arcade and the main portal, the central courtyard with a cistern and cloister, the study, shop and stables, the main access staircase to the noble floor, the living room with its fireplace and fireplace, kitchen and other rooms, as well as structural elements such as the roof and roofs. Without forgetting the construction materials (stone, lime, plaster and wood) and the economic cost of the work carried out.
