    Se analiza el régimen de la ejecución de la sentencia en el proyecto dominicano de Ley de Control Judicial de la Administración Pública, partiendo de los poderes de sustitución declarativa y ejecutiva del juez contencioso administrativo. Se inicia con la referencia a las pautas constitucionales del proceso administrativo. Luego, se describen las diversas modalidades de sustitución judicial en los tipos de sentencias (declarativas, constitutivas y de condena) regulados en el proyecto, para de seguidas aludir al régimen del embargo ejecutivo de bienes públicos. Se culmina describiendo: las potestades que se otorgan al juez para acordar medidas indirectas que coadyuvan con la ejecución del fallo, los supuestos de imposibilidad de ejecución y la extensión a terceros de la sentencia.

    The regime of the execution of the sentence is analyzed, starting from the powers of declarative and executive substitution of the contentious-administrative judge. It begins with the reference to the constitutional guidelines of the administrative process. Then, the different modalities of judicial substitution are described in the types of sentences (declarative, constitutive and conviction) regulated in the project, to then refer to the regime of executive seizure of public goods. It ends by describing: the powers granted to the judge to agree indirect measures that assist with the execution of the judgment, the cases of impossibility of execution and the extension of the sentence to third parties.
