El presente artículo intenta explicar, cómo los procesos tecnológicos (ya existentes) pueden ayudar a agilizar el Derecho, pero más concretamente el Derecho Sucesorio. Para ello se tomará como referencia la norma continental principal: el Reglamento Europeo 650/2012

    Technology is part of our life. The technology offers advantages in many sectors. This article attempts to explain how already existing technological processes can help making the Law efficient, but more specifically the Succession Law. For that will be considered the European Succession Regulation (EU) No 650/2012
