    Este artículo reflexiona sobre los diferentes fundamentos para la protección frente al acoso laboral existentes en países pertenecientes a diversos sistemas de derecho. Con base en el método de la investigación teórica, luego de una revisión de la estructura y contenido de los sistemas inglés, estadounidense y colombiano, los autores concluyen que los discordantes esquemas de protección frente a este fenómeno, se explican por factores como la diversidad histórica, cultural, política, económica y social que sustenta a las distintas naciones objeto de valoración.

    This article reflects on the different foundations for protection against workplace bullying in countries belonging to different legal systems. Based on the method of theoretical research, after a review of the structure and content of the English, American and Colombian systems, the authors conclude that the discordant schemes of protection against this phenomenon, are explained by factors such as historical, cultural, political, economic and social diversity that sustains the different nations that are the subject of valuation.
