    El temor y la inseguridad que la Covid 19 ha instaurado en nuestra sociedad ha hecho que se produzca un mayor interés por las formas de dejar asegurada nuestra voluntad patrimonial y personal para el caso de que faltemos. Con este estudio se trata de analizar con qué posibilidades y fórmulas cuenta el testador en estos tiempos difíciles teniendo en cuenta que el testamento en caso de epidemia, aunque hasta ahora no se haya utilizado, es una posibilidad más que se abre ante el sujeto a la que podrá acceder según en qué circunstancias se encuentre y que no se puede descartar.

    The fear and insecurity that Covid 19 has established in our society has led to a greater interest in methods to ensure our personal and financial will in case we are absent. This study tries to analyze what possibilities and formulas the testator has in these tough times, taking into account that the will in the event of an epidemic, although it has not been used until now, is one more possibility for the subject to which they can access depending on the circumstances they are in and that cannot be ruled out.
