    La creación de un marco común a nivel europeo en materia sucesoria con la aprobación del Reglamento (UE) 650/2012, permiten que instituciones propias del Derecho Civil Catalán como el testamento sacramental favorezcan la realización de la voluntad del testador en cuanto a la ordenación de su sucesión.
