Trabalho infantil artístico: da arte à exploração velada do trabalho da criança e adolescente

    The aim of the present work is to analyze the harmful effects of child labor, with a special emphasis on the artistic. Child labor violates fundamental rights such as the health, education and dignity of children and adolescents, and is recurrent in the current social scenario. What is even more worrying are the cases of artistic child labor, as they do not have relevant legislation that will cover their specificities, and this work is not seen as such, being normally considered a talent of minors, something that should be boasted, without at least adhering to their effective well-being, as these jobs are usually projections of parents in their youngest children, considering that they do not have an exact notion that it is a job. Thus, the search for improvement in the quality of life of these children and adolescents is essential, as well as the regulation of artistic child labor, seeking to reap the exploitation of child labor. The methods used in the elaboration of this research were inductive and casuistic, with analysis of physical and digital works.

    Aspira-se com o presente trabalho analisar os malefícios advindos do trabalho infantil, destacando-se em específico o artístico. O trabalho infantil viola direitos fundamentais como a saúde, educação e a dignidade das crianças e adolescentes, mostrando-se recorrente no atual cenário social. O que se apresenta ainda mais preocupante são os casos de trabalho infantil artístico, pois os mesmos não possuem legislações pertinentes que venham abranger suas especificidades, e este trabalho não é visto como tal, sendo normalmente considerado um talento dos menores, algo que deve ser vangloriado, sem ao menos se ater ao efetivo bem estar dos mesmos, pois habitualmente estes trabalho são projeções dos pais em seus filhos menores, considerando que os mesmos não possuem exata noção de que se tratar de um labor. Deste modo, imprescindível a busca pela melhoria na qualidade de vida destas crianças e adolescen tes, assim como a regulamentação do trabalho infantil artístico, buscando ceifar a exploração do labor infantil. Os métodos utilizados na elaboração desta pesquisa foram o indutivo e o casuístico, com análise de obras físicas e digitais.
