    En el presente trabajo pretende realizar un análisis del Tribunal Administrativo de contratación pública de Galicia. Este es un órgano de reciente creación, lo cual provoca el momento oportuno para su estudio. Lo que se hará en las páginas siguientes es, en primer lugar, abordar un examen competencial para determinar si la Comunidad Autónoma tiene competencia y cuál es el mandato que le otorga dicha competencia. Con posterioridad se iniciará el tratamiento del órgano propiamente dicho, siendo un análisis legislativo del tema. Lo que se pretende es conocer no solo la naturaleza, sino también la forma en la cual actúa.

    In this work we analyze the Administrative Court of Public Procurement of Galicia. This is a recently stablished institution, which makes it a proper time for its study. This research is structured as follows: firstly, it will be discussed if the Autonomous Region is competent and which are the rules which grant these competences. Secondly, the institution itself will be addressed, introducing a legislative analysis on the topic which will allow to detail which is its nature and its course of action.
