    El objetivo de este documento es realizar un análisis sobre el sistema jurídico nacional e internacional sobre la (des)protección de personas que, contra su voluntad, son forzadas a abandonar sus hogares y desplazarse como consecuencia del cambio climático. De esta manera, por medio de un análisis cualitativo, se presentan las conclusiones en torno a la necesidad de re-formular internamente la categoría de migrante económico y ampliarlo para solventar una situación que hasta ahora parecería estar invisibilizada, así como el sistema nacional de gestión del riesgo, que parecería continuar siendo un sistema reactivo.

    The objective of this document is to carry out an analysis on the national and international legal system on the lack of legal protection of people who, against their will, are forced to leave their homes and move away because of climate change. In this way, the conclusions regarding the need to internally reform the category of economic migrant and expand it to solve a situation that until now seems to be invisible, as well as the national system of risk management which seems to continue to be a reactive system, are presented through a qualitative analysis.
