    El objetivo general del artículo es analizar las representaciones sociales y el desempeño institucional del poder judicial argentino con competencia federal y en el AMBA y las estrategias relacionales entre los actores que la integran, en el respeto de los derechos sociales de los migrantes externos llegados a la Argentina en la segunda mitad del siglo XX, focalizando en las poblaciones paraguayas, bolivianas y peruanas, y los efectos posibles de exclusión que pudiesen implicar.

    Para ello, se diseñó una metodología cualitativa, siendo realizadas entrevistas en profundidad semiestructuradas a miembros del poder judicial.

    The overall objective of this article is to analyze the social representations and institutional performance of the Argentine judicial power with federal competence and competence in the AMBA and the relational strategies between the external migrants who arrived to Argentina in the second half of the twentieth century, focusing on Paraguayan, Bolivian and Peruvian populations and the possible effects of exclusion this situation could have implied. For this purpose, a qualitative methodology was designed and semi-structured in-depth interviews were carried out to members of the judicial power .
