    El artículo trata de analizar la Transición Jurídica decenal de las instituciones en el SIDH, como sistema normativo sobre la protección a los derechos humanos en el continente americano. Se busca identificar la Transición Jurídica decenal de las instituciones en el SIDH como sistema normativo sobre la protección a los derechos humanos, con el objeto de glosar la existencia del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos en América. En últimas, se pretende perfilar la adopción jurídica de las instituciones en el SIDH sobre la protección a los derechos humanos en América, para quizás poder constatar su reconocimiento y observancia como sistema normativo dentro del continente.

    The article analyze the decennial LEGAL TRANSITION of institutions in the IASHR, that it is considered a normative system on the protection of human rights in the American continent. The Article also, seem to identify the ten-year LEGAL TRANSITION OF INSTITUTIONS IN THE ISHR as a normative system on the protection of human rights, with the purpose of describe the existence of international human rights law in the American continent. Ultimately, the legal adoption of the institutions in the IAHRS on the protection of human rights in the Americas is outlined, in order to search confirmation of its recognition and observance as a normative system within the continent.
