    Contemporary phenomena occurring from the second half of the twentieth century on, have caused a spontaneous movement of reciprocal convergence between the romangermanic and the anglo saxon system models. This convergence can give rise to a new type of mixed jurisdiction, which arises spontaneously through the reciprocal incorporation of mechanisms that seek to improve the legal system and the structure of administration of justice. Contemporary jurisdiction therefore appropriately defines a system that promotes adjustments, mixing the use of codes and cases and deductive and inductive methods, with the scope of improving legal certainty and rationality of the judicial system.

    Fenômenos contemporâneos ocorridos a partir da segunda metade do século XX, especialmente o constitucionalismo e a facilitação do acesso à justiça, provocaram um movimento espontâneo de convergência recíproca entre o sistema romano-germânico e o anglo-saxão. Essa convergência pode dar origem a um novo tipo de jurisdição mista, que surge espontaneamente pela incorporação recíproca de mecanismos de proteção e aprimoramento do sistema jurídico e da estrutura de administração da Justiça. Jurisdição contemporânea, portanto, define adequadamente o sistema que, diante de fenômenos contemporâneos, acompanha as mudanças e promove ajustes que combinam o uso de códigos e casos e aplicação dos métodos dedutivo e indutivo na fundamentação do raciocínio jurídico, com o objetivo de aprimoramento da segurança jurídica e racionalidade do sistema jurisdicional.
