    En el presente artículo se analizarán las cuestiones más relevantes de Derecho Internacional y Derecho Procesal en el Estatuto de la Víctima, Ley 4/2015 de 27 de abril –en vigor desde el 28 de octubre de 2015-, Ley que comprende en su articulado los derechos de las víctimas de delitos, tanto procesales como extraprocesales. Asimismo, se destacarán especialmente las importantes funciones de información y tutela judicial de derechos fundamentales que el texto de la misma atribuye al Letrado de la Administración de Justicia. Efectivamente, la Ley del Estatuto de la Víctima de divide en los siguientes apartados: información, protección, participación y apoyo. Se hará especial hincapié en los derechos de las víctimas especialmente vulnerables y menores de edad y en el papel que el Letrado Judicial, en tanto que miembro de pleno derecho del órgano jurisdiccional, asume en relación con el amparo de las mismas.

    In this article we will analyze the most relevant issues of International Law and Procedural Law in the Statute of the Victim, Law 4/2015 of April 27 -in effect from October 28, 2015-, Law that includes in its articles the rights of victims of crimes, both procedural and extraprocess. Likewise, the important functions of information and judicial protection of fundamental rights that it text attributes to the Judicial Administration Counselor will be highlighted. In effect, the Victim Statute Law is divided into the following sections: information, protection, participation and support. Special emphasis will be placed on the rights of especially vulnerable victims and minors and on the role that the Judicial Administration Counselor, as a full member of the Court of Justice, assumes in relation to the protection.
