Ciberacoso sexualizado y ciberviolencia de género en adolescentes. Nuevo marco regulador para un abordaje integral

    Este estudio tiene por objeto arrojar nuevas evidencias sobre el problema emergente del ciberacoso en redes sociales e internet, incluida la violencia de género. Visibilizar esta realidad ya supone disminuir el riesgo de las víctimas. Pero urge implementar estrategias multidimensionales para atajar el problema. Desde este enfoque, damos cuenta de recientes previsiones normativas -muy imbricadas entre sí- a nivel nacional y europeo. Las medidas propuestas se canalizan en sede de prevención y requieren la responsabilidad y colaboración de todos los agentes implicados. Deben generalizarse mejores prácticas y establecer rigurosos mecanismos de protección y control. Un acceso seguro a internet y a contenidos audiovisuales adecuados, dado el impacto que ejercen sobre este colectivo especialmente vulnerable.

    This study aims to shed new evidence on the emerging problem of cyberbullying on social networks and the Internet, including gender violence. Making visible this reality already means reducing the risk of victims. But it is urgent to implement multidimensional strategies to tackle the problem. From this approach, we report recent regulatory provisions - very much interwoven with each other - at national and European level. The proposed measures are channeled at the headquarters of prevention and require the responsibility and collaboration of all the agents involved. Best practices should be generalized and rigorous protection and control mechanisms established. Secure access to the internet and adequate audiovisual content, given the impact they have on this especially vulnerable group.
