  En estas páginas se pretende arrojar algo de luz sobre los debates constituyentes de 1977-1978 sobre el contenido y estructura del Título I de la Constitución española de 1978 y su sistema de derechos fundamentales, una relevante etapa de nuestra reciente historia constitucional. Con este análisis se pretenden aportar nuevos elementos de valoración de los derechos sociales en ella contenidos.

  This paper aims to shed some light on the constituent debates of 1977-1978 on the content and structure of Title I of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and its system of fundamental rights, an important period of our recent constitutional history. With this analysis, it is intended to provide new elements for a convenient study of the social rights contained therein.
