    Hablar de “Justicia Otra” supone presentar un horizonte epistémico de otra forma de pensar la justicia. En la presente investigación se partirá desde el estudio de diferentes escenarios culturales, donde se busca desmontar por un lado, la noción de justicia que no es, y que no es más que la noción del sistema dominante judeo cristiano eurocéntrico con un bagaje grecolatino. Y  por otro  lado, sacar a la luz, las nociones de justicia desde el análisis de  la diversidad identitaria como base de la organización comunitaria del poder popular emergente y la que surge desde la convivencia misma, visibilizando a su vez las problematizaciones Estado – Poder Popular. Se busca con la presente investigación proponer una noción de Justicia Otra que nacerá desde las relaciones, contradicciones teóricas y experienciales surgidas durante la misma y que le den un sustento Plural social Jurídico. La investigación será desarrollada bajo la metodología la hermenéutica radical del contexto.

    Speak of "Justice Other" implies presenting an epistemic horizon of another way of thinking justice. In the present research from the study of different cultural scenarios, where one seeks to dismantle on the one hand, the notion of justice that is not, and which is no more than the notion of the dominant Eurocentric Christian system with a Greco-Roman bag. And on the other hand, to bring to light, the notions of justice from the analysis of the identity diversity as the basis of the organization of the emerging popular power and the one that arises from the coexistence itself, visibilizing in turn the problematic State - Popular Power. It seeks with the present Researcher who seeks a notion of justice Another that arises from the relationships, theoretical and experiential contradictions that arose during the same and give it a legal social plural. The research will be developed under the methodology of the radical hermeneutics of the context.Keywords: Justice Other, coexistence, emerging popular power, Cultural diversity, Legal Pluralism.
