    Dentro de los aspectos favorables de la armonización y unificación del derecho, en especial en materia contractual, está la modernización de algunas figuras que a veces quedan anquilosadas en sus respectivos ordenamientos. Por tal razón con esta investigación pretendemos analizar el tratamiento que se le ha dado a la cesión de créditos en algunos proyectos de armonización y unificación del derecho, con el fin de identificar aquellos aspectos conservados de la regulación tradicional de la figura, como también los principales cambios introducidos.

    One positive aspect of the harmonization and unification of the law, specially in the contract law, is the modernization of some figures that sometimes remain obsoletes in their system of law. For this reason with this research we intend to analyze the regulation of the assignment of credits in some projects of harmonization and unification of contract law, in order to identify those aspects preserved from the traditional regulation of the figure, as well as the main ones changes introduced.
