    El artículo elucidará los requisitos que tanto la Corte de Apelaciones como el Tribunal de la Libre Competencia han señalado que se deben verificar para efectos de considerar que un ejercicio de acciones jurídicas constituye una hipótesis de abuso del derecho. A partir de ello, se muestra cómo los requisitos establecidos por ambas instancias, difieren sustancialmente en su interpretación respecto de los términos planteados en esta investigación

    The purpose of this work is to elucidate the requirements that both the Court of Appeals and the Antitrust Court have indicated that must be fulfilled for the exercise of a legal action to be considered asa right’s abuse.
