    La Reforma Rural Integral es el primer punto del segundo y definitivo “Acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera”, suscrito entre el Gobierno de Colombia y las FARC-EP. Su implementación, lenta y tardía, no satisface el cumplimiento de los acuerdos y no contribuye a la solución del problema agrario colombiano. Se ha desatado una ofensiva, legal e ilegal, pacífica y violenta, de los tradicionales enemigos de los acuerdos y de cualquier intento de reforma agraria democrática. Son necesarias la solidaridad y la movilización social en defensa del Acuerdo y de su pronta, fiel y democrática implementación.

    The Comprehensive Rural Reform is point one in the second and definitive Final Agreement to End the Armed Conflict and Build a Stable and Lasting Peace,signed between the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP. Its late and slow implementation does not comply with the agreements and does not contribute to the solution of the Colombian agrarian problem.Traditional enemies of the agreements and of any attempt of democratic agrarian reform have unleashed legal and illegal, peaceful and violent offensive. Solidarity and social mobi-lization are necessary to defend the Agreement and its prompt, faithful and democratic implementation.
