La conciliación realizada por el centro de conciliación reconciliémonos de Villa del Rosario: caso de estudio: periodos 2016-1 y 2017-1

    El presente artículo analiza las actuaciones adelantadas por el Centro de Conciliación Re-Conciliémonos, utilizando un método de Investigación Cualitativo con una metodología Jurídico Descriptiva, esto en cuanto estudiamos las leyes, decretos, Jurisprudencia, que nos ayudaron en primera medida a entender la figura de la Conciliación, en donde es claro, que nace como una solución a la congestión Judicial, pero se le debe dar un alcance amplio, en pro de buscar que sea más una cultura ciudadana. También esta investigación tiene un alcance Jurídico Correlacional, toda vez que comparamos las actuaciones realizadas durante los periodos 2016-I y 2017-I, encontrando que, si bien las audiencias de conciliación disminuyen de un año al otro, el mayor número de Audiencias se realizaron cuando se llevaban a cabo junto a la comunidad.

    This article analyzes the actions carried out by the Conciliation Center Re-conciliation, using a method of Qualitative Research with a Descriptive Legal methodology, is how we study the laws, decrees, jurisprudence, which helped us in the first step to understand the figure of the Conciliation, where it is clear, that is born as a solution to the citizens. This research also has a Correlational Juridical scope, since we compare the actions during the 2016-I and 2017-I periods, finding that although the conciliation hearings decrease from one year in the other, the greater number of hearings were realized when were carried out together with the community.
