    El presente artículo analiza el reconocimiento legal en sede administrativa de la triple filiación de un niño ocurrido en Argentina en el año 2015. El caso, llevado adelante por la organización “Abogad*s por los Derechos Sexuales (AboSex)”, fue el segundo precedente en el país y supuso el reconocimiento, por intermedio de la autoridad administrativa competente, de una familia compuesta por dos madres, un padre y un niño. Los argumentos del caso se fundaron en derechos de raigambre constitucional y convencional como el derecho a la familia y a la vida familiar sin injerencias ilegales o arbitrarias, el derecho a la identidad del niño, el respeto de su interés superior y la voluntad procreacional, hasta entonces no reconocida por la normativa nacional.

    The article analyzes the legal recognition before an administrative authority of the triple affiliation of a child occurred in Argentina in the year 2015. The case, carried out by the organization “Lawyers for Sexual Rights (AboSex)”, was the second precedent in the country and entailed the recognition, through the competent administrative authority, of a family composed of two mothers, a father and a child. The arguments of the case were based on constitutional and international law rights as the right to family and family life without illegal or arbitrary interference, the right to the identity of the child, respect for his best interest, and the procreational will of the parents, until then not recognized by national laws.
