    Este artículo hace un análisis de las realidades sociales en México desde el siglo xix hasta el xxi y de cómo se reflejan en la Constitución e impactan posteriormente en los códigos civiles de las diferentes etapas históricas. Además, realiza una comparación en materia de derechos humanos a partir de la Constitución de Cádiz y hasta las reformas del 6 y 10 de junio de 2011, y el impacto epistemológico en los códigos civiles, desde el de Oaxaca, de 1828, hasta las reformas al Código Civil del Distrito Federal, del 29 de diciembre de 2009.

    This article analyzes the social realities in Mexico from the 19th to the 21st century and how these are reflected in the Constitution and subsequently impact on the civil codes of the different historical stages. In addition, it makes a comparison in terms of human rights from the Constitution of Cadiz and to the reforms of June 6 and 10, 2011, and the epistemological impact on civil codes, from code of Oaxaca, dating to 1828, to the reforms to the Civil Code of the Federal District, of December 29, 2009.
