    El texto expone la noción de patrimonio cultural en el contexto de los desafíos impuestos por la reciente reforma energética en México que condujoa la apertura del capital privado al sector de la electricidad y los hidrocarburos. El actual escenario de globalización impone ver la dimensión jurídica del patrimonio cultural e histórico de un país o región no solo en cuanto a su administración territorial sino también su inclusión en los procesos de desarrollo económico e infraestructura como referentes culturales. La investigación presenta el caso Monterrey VI, proyecto hídrico que podría poner en riesgo el patrimonio cultural de la región noreste de México, para lo cual se analizan los criterios generados por las instancias judiciales en México y los referentes de la justicia internacional que podrían dar luces sobre el tratamiento jurídico que el caso presenta

    The text presents the notion of cultural heritage in the context of the challenges posed by the recent energy reform in Mexico that brought the opening of private capital in the electricity and hydrocarbons sector. The present scenario of globalization imposes see the legal dimension of cultural and historical heritage of a country or region not only in terms of territorial administration, but also inclusion in the processes of economic development and infrastructure as cultural references. The research presents the Monterrey VI case, water project that could jeopardize the cultural heritage of the northeastern region of Mexico, for which the criteria generated by the judicial authorities in Mexico and the leaders of international justice that could shed light analyzes on the legal treatment the case presents
