    Se analiza la posible existencia de error en la sustancia del contrato entre el youtuber y la Network en dos casos diferentes: cuando el youtuber solicita directamente la adhesión a la Network a través de su página web y, la segunda, mediando un reclutador. Los menores de edad no encuentran ningún tipo de control a la hora de aceptar las condiciones del contrato.

    It is a possible existence of error in the substance of the contract between the youtuber and the Network in two different cases: when the youtuber requests the adhesion to the Network through its web page and, the second, mediating a recruiter. Minors have no control over the time of accepting the terms of the contract.
