    El presente texto es fruto de la investigación que se realiza actualmente para la obtención del título de Magíster en Educación y Derechos Humanos de la Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana.Su finalidad consiste en visibilizar la implicación que tiene el enfoque restaurativo en los adolescentes que se encuentran privados de la libertad en el Centro de Atención al Joven Carlos Lleras Restrepo, de la ciudad de Medellín, para lo cual se hizo una investigación de tipo cualitativa, usando como metodología el estudio de caso. El problema que se planteó fue el siguiente: ¿Qué implicación tiene el enfoque restaurativo en los adolescentes del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal en el Centro de Atención al Joven Carlos Lleras Restrepo de la ciudad de Medellín, desde la etapa de acogida hasta la etapa posinstitucional?

    The present work is the result of the development of the research that has been carried out to obtain the Master’s degree in Education and Human Rights in the Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana.The purpose of this work is to make visible the implication that the restorative approach has on adolescents who are deprived of their liberty at the Carlos Lleras Restrepo Youth Care Center in the city of Medellin, for which a type investigation was carried out qualitative, using the case study as a methodology; The problem that arose was the following: What is the implication of the restorative approach in adolescents of the Criminal Responsibility System at the Carlos Lleras Restrepo Specialized Care Center in the city of Medellín, from the reception stage to the post-institutional stage?
