    En el presente artículo de investigación se realizará una aproximación a la figura compleja de la Unión Temporal de Empresas en el ordenamiento jurídico español. Partiendo de la exposición de su concepto, se analizará su regulación civil, mercantil, administrativa y financiera, así como los principales pronunciamientos de los tribunales europeos y españoles sobre la misma.

    In the present article of investigation will be made an approximation to the complex figure figure of the temporary union of companies in the Spanish legal order. Starting from the presentation of its concept, it will analyze its civil, commercial, administrative and financial regulation, as well as the main pronouncements of the European and Spanish courts on the same.
