    El objetivo del presente estudio es mostrar la importancia de la creación del relato turístico a partir de la historia de una región o localidad. Es indudable que el conocimiento del pasado puede proporcionar al turista curioso una nueva dimensión en la vivencia del destino. La metodología seguida para alcanzar este objetivo parte de la base de la tradición literaria de la búsqueda del Santo Grial, tan extendida por toda la Europa medieval y retomada a finales del siglo XIX en la Bretaña francesa e inglesa, unida a una búsqueda de las fuentes históricas que inspiraron la leyenda fundamentada en hechos acaecidos en la Corona de Aragón y sus territorios entre los siglos XI y XIV. La búsqueda de la divinidad interior es una realidad a la que no podemos renunciar como seres humanos. Y en todos los territorios existe una leyenda, un camino iniciático que lleva a conectarnos con lo más sagrado de nosotros mismos y con la propia Naturaleza. Sirva el ejemplo que proponemos en tierras hispanas para extrapolar y concebir historias de crecimiento interior que hagan que los turistas viajeros que llegan a esas zonas, gocen de nuevas experiencias vinculadas a la bondad y al entendimiento de la humanidad. Caminos que siempre han estado ahí y que ahora más que nunca han de ser de nuevo transitados. La sabiduría ancestral que existe en Iberoamérica, la ligación a la madre Tierra, el respeto a la conexión primitiva con la existencia suprema del Logos. Todo está por contar y transmitir en un sincero relato de aprendizaje y vivencia turística.

    The objective of the current study is to show the importance of the creation of a tourist story based on the history of a region or locality. There is no doubt that a knowledge of the past can provide to a curious tourist a new dimension to their experience of the destination. The methodology followed is based on the literary tradition of the pursuit of the Holy Grail, so widespread throughout medieval Europe and revived at the end of the 19th century in France and Great Britain. This coupled with a search for historical sources that inspired the legend based on events that took place in the Crown of Aragon and its territories between the XI and the XIV centuries. The search for the ‘divine within’ is a reality which, as human beings, we cannot relinquish; there is a legend, an initiatory path leading us to connect with the most sacred part of ourselves and with nature itself in all of its territories. The example we propose in Hispanic lands is to extrapolate and conceive stories of inner growth that make tourists and travelers who arrive in these areas, enjoy new experiences related to the kindness and understanding of humanity. Roads that have always been there more than ever are once again travelled. The ancestral wisdom that exists in Ibero-America, the connection to Mother Earth, the respect for the primitive connection with the supreme existence of the Logos. Everything is to be told and transmitted as a sincere account of learning and of the tourist experience.
