Actividad del Consejo Consultivo de Castilla-La Mancha en materia constitucional y estatutaria

    En este trabajo, de carácter anual, se recoge la labor del Consejo Consultivo de Castilla-La Mancha referida al ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y estatutarias-atribuidas por la Ley 11/2003, de 25 de septiembre, que regula dicho órgano y el Gobierno de nuestra comunidad autónoma. Dicha labor se ha concretado, en el año 2015, en la emisión de cuatro dictámenes sobre anteproyectos de ley, en los que el Consejo realizó consideraciones de carácter esencial que conviene recordar como doctrina más significativa referida a la materia que nos ocupa. El esquema que se sigue en cada uno de los apartados del presente trabajo se estructura, a su vez, en tres bien diferenciados, referidos a la finalidad del anteproyecto, consideraciones fundamentales emitidas por el Consejo y, en su caso, nivel de atención que dichas observaciones hayan tenido en el texto normativo aprobado por las Cortes de Castilla-La Mancha

    In this paper, on an annual basis, the work of the Advisory Council of Castilla- La Mancha referred to the exercise of their constitutional and statutory powers conferred by-Law 11/2003 of 25 September, which regulates this body and the government picks in our region. This work has resulted, in 2015, ten in issuing opinions on draft bills, of which stand out six of them, in which the Council made essential character considerations that should be remembered as the most significant doctrine referred to the matter at hand. The scheme followed in each of the sections of this paper is structured, in turn, into three distinct, referring to the purpose of the draft, fundamental considerations issued by the Council and, where appropriate level of care that such observations have had in the regulatory text approved by the Castilla-La Mancha
