    El presente trabajo tiene por objetivos identificar la existencia de un concurso de normas en el derecho chileno y, con ello, configurar el derecho de opción que nace para el acreedor. Este derecho le permitirá escoger entre las acciones que ofrecen la Ley n.º 19.496, sobre protección de los derechos de los consumidores, y el Código Civil frente a entregas defectuosas.

    The objective of this paper is to identify the concurrence of a set of rules in Chilean law and, therefore, to examine the right of option that arises for the creditor. This right will allow you to choose between the actions offered by Law No. 19,496, on the protection of consumer rights, and the Civil Code against defective deliveries.
