  El presente artículo se refiere a una historia sucinta pero contundente sobre los derechos humanos. El repaso que hacemos desde el Derecho natural de la antigüedad occidental hasta el presente tiene por finalidad no solo revisar la historia en cuanto a este tema se refiere, sino someter a crítica algunos de sus postulados y generar en el lector una reflexión que nos conduzca por un derrotero que permita afianzar o reconsiderar el norte de los derechos humanos.

  The following article refers to a brief but concise history of human rights. This review from the natural law of Western acient era to our present times that we are doing, aims not only to review the history regarding this issue, but submit to criticism some of its postulates and make the reader reflect on the real path we should be in order to strengthen or reconsider the main objective of human rights.
